Why can’t I order this cake for today?
Orders need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the best quality and preparation time.
If you’re unable to select your desired date at checkout, feel free to WhatsApp us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What is the care instructions?
Upon receipt, place cakes in the chiller for at least 30 minutes. They’re best consumed within 2 days of purchase. It is recommended to keep cakes refrigerated as they contain fresh ingredients such as dairy which need to be kept within 0-4ºC. DO NOT leave cakes in a hot car.
For breads and croissants, do refrigerate them and heat them up the next day.
Can I change my delivery/pick-up date or address after placing an order?
Changes to your delivery/pick-up date or delivery address can only be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up date. (Except for Japanese Strawberry Shortcake require at least 48 hours’ notice for any amendments.)
Important: Once our chefs have started preparing your order, we are unable to accept any amendments or cancellations.
