All deliveries are handled via Lalamove. Please review the following delivery terms before placing your order.

1. Delivery Method

All deliveries are fulfilled via Lalamove.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Deliveries are scheduled based on the date and time slot selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery will be completed within the selected time slot, subject to traffic conditions, weather, and driver availability.

3. Delivery Fee

Delivery fees are calculated based on Lalamove’s real-time pricing system.

Prices may differ from those shown on the Lalamove mobile application due to promotions, discounts, or subsidies available on the app.

Once the order is confirmed and the delivery is scheduled, the delivery fee is fixed and will not be affected by future pricing changes.

4. Scheduled Deliveries

Orders may be scheduled up to thirty (30) days in advance from the date of order placement.

Orders exceeding this scheduling window will not be accepted.

5. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply under the following circumstances:

– Waiting time
– Toll charges or parking fees
– Changes to delivery address after order confirmation

All such charges are determined by Lalamove and are beyond our control.

6. Delivery Responsibility

We act as a facilitator between customers and Lalamove delivery services.

We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or driver availability.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or recipient unavailability, additional charges may apply.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to delivery details after order confirmation may result in additional charges.
