While not halal-certified, we use the finest, Muslim-friendly ingredients from halal-certified suppliers. Our recipe does not contain pork or alcohol.

How do I place an order?
You may place your order directly through our website.

How early in advance should I place my order?
Orders can be placed up to 24 hours in advance, except for Japanese Strawberry Shortcakes, which require a 2-3 day pre-order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments including:
- Credit / Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
- FPX Online Banking (all major Malaysian banks)
- E-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, Boost, GrabPay – subject to availability)
Important:
All orders must be paid at checkout to confirm the order.
Unpaid orders will not be processed.
Can I order a third-party delivery service to pick up my order?
You can arrange a third-party delivery service for collection. For cake orders, we recommend using a car, avoid using motorbike. Kindly share your order number and name with the driver to ensure a smooth pickup.
Please note: Cakes should be transported on a flat surface, with high air conditioning.
Can I bring the cake along for a long journey?
Cakes travel well in the car for up to 1 hour when the air conditioning is high. For journey travel more than 1 hour, it’s best to place the cake in an insulated bag with ice packs to keep cool and stable along the way.
Delivery
Do you provide delivery service?
Delivery is arranged via Grab/ Lalamove within the Johor Bahru area only.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on distance and will be calculated accordingly. For bulk orders, please contact us via WhatsApp for more details.
Note: For full moon gift boxes above 60 boxes, kindly contact us for a delivery fee estimate.
What if no one is available to receive the order?
Please ensure someone is available during the selected delivery time.
If the driver has to return the order, additional delivery charges will apply.
Delivery responsibility
We will arrange a door-to-door car delivery service (Grab/Lalamove platform) and inform the driver to handle the items with care. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by the third-party driver during delivery.
Do you deliver to Singapore?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver overseas. We deliver within the Johor Bahru area only.
Refund & Cancellation
Are orders refundable or cancellable?
All orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once payment is made.

What are the care instructions for cakes?

Under air conditioning, place cakes into the chiller within 30–45 mins.
They’re best consumed within 2 days from the date of purchase
DO NOT leave cakes in a hot car.
Note: Hazelnut Cloud & Strawberry Pistachio Tart are best consumed on the day

If you have an oven or air fryer at home, you may bake it for 5–8 mins under 150–170 degrees. If not warm enough, can extend the time further.
[ FULLMOON GIFT BOX ]
Our Swiss roll is slightly different from typical ones and can be kept under air conditioning for a short period of time. However, please avoid direct sunlight and DO NOT leave cakes in a hot car.
